Swingdon School of Pole is Nottingham's leading pole fitness school, offering a full-body workout using vertical and horizontal poles as well as wooden bars. Classes cater to all abilities — beginners, intermediate, advanced, and mixed ability — and span a range of styles including sport, contemporary, exotic, and dynamic.
The curriculum covers lifts, spins, tricks, stretches, and flowing combinations, with students encouraged to progress at their own pace. Additional offerings include aerial hoop, chair dance, flexibility and flow, stretch and strengthening, 12-week courses, private lessons, personal training, and nutritional diet plans.
The studio is people-friendly with plenty of free parking, individual poles, no stairs, and a wide range of pole sizes and materials. Students aged 14+ are welcome in group classes; under-14s must book private lessons.
