Senzala Midlands Capoeira is a Brazilian martial arts school offering capoeira classes for all levels — from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. Capoeira combines elements of martial arts, acrobatics, dance and music in a game-like practice.
Part of the internationally renowned Group Senzala, founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1963, the Midlands branch was established by Tim El-Sheikh and Christos under the guidance of Mestre Gato. Classes are welcoming to men, women and children of all ages and abilities, with your first class free.
