Cumbria's premier Taekwon-do centre, established in 1997, offering daily classes for all ages at a purpose-built, full-time facility at 161–163 Botchergate, Carlisle. Led by Fraser Cruickshank (6th Dan and former World Taekwon-do Champion), the school offers programmes for Li'l Dragons (4–6), Children (7–13), and Teens & Adults (14+).
The main training studio features certified martial arts matting, air conditioning, safety mirrors, kick bags, and wall bars. Members also enjoy access to a dedicated gym with free weights, cardio equipment, and an infrared sauna, plus changing rooms, showers, and a members' waiting area with a LavAzza coffee machine.
