Central Tai Chi is a London-based instructor-led school offering Yang Style Tai Chi, Qigong (Daoyin), and Meditation for over 15 years. Classes are available in multiple formats — indoor, outdoor, and online — and are designed to be accessible to complete beginners and all fitness levels.

The curriculum focuses on the health benefits of Tai Chi without demanding martial arts exercises, helping students reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy, and develop body awareness and flow. Instructor membership is held with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, accredited by the Chartered Institute for Management of Sport & Physical Activity, UK Coaching, and REPs.

Offerings include regular weekly classes, special workshops (including sessions at the British Museum), private lessons, and workplace wellbeing sessions.
