MGM Gym is a unique community space situated under the iconic arches in Deptford, London, founded by brother-sister duo Jonathan and Hannah Moore in honour of their father Milton George Moore.
Under one roof, the gym offers Muay Thai classes for all levels (including kids, women's, beginners and intermediate), a dance programme through Sayaw Dance Studio covering Contemporary, Commercial/Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet and Tap, plus fitness and strength & conditioning.
The gym prides itself on building confidence, discipline and resilience in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
