Cheltenham Martial Arts & Fitness Kickboxing is a welcoming martial arts school based in Cheltenham, proudly serving the community since 2007.

Led by owner and head instructor Matt Rudman, the school offers a wide range of programmes for all ages — from Ninjas (ages 4–5) and Samurai (ages 6–9) through to teen, adult, and fitness kickboxing classes, as well as self-defence and birthday parties. The focus is on building real confidence, discipline, focus, and fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
