Clifford Studios is a boutique fitness studio in Barnes, SW13, offering a welcoming community and a varied timetable of small-group classes including Pilates (Mat, Springboard, Advanced), Barre, Strength Training, Cardio and Yoga.

Founded by Jo Higlett in 2012, the studio prides itself on small class sizes so experienced instructors can give individual attention, flexible payment options, and breaking down barriers to exercise for all levels. Clifford Studios is one of only two studios in London offering Springboard Pilates classes, and also runs children's dance classes.
