A friendly, inclusive and transformative Pilates studio in the heart of East Sheen and Mortlake, South West London. Managed by one of the first Body Control Pilates teachers, the studio offers classic and contemporary Pilates for men and women, Pilates for Older People, Reformer Pilates (private and group), and Pregnancy Yoga.
With 20+ classes from beginner to advanced, the studio works closely with local therapists and clinics to help clients feel stronger, address postural issues, and recover from injury.
