Richmond Studio Pilates is a purpose-equipped Pilates studio set in a newly-converted coach house at The Mitre pub in Richmond. Founded by Joe Igoe, a qualified Polestar Pilates instructor, the studio features state-of-the-art Balanced Body equipment.

The ethos is to support people of all ages and fitness levels — from beginners to trained athletes — through individual instruction, duo sessions, and small group classes, with a personal assessment for every new client.
