Coached by Steele is a personal coaching service founded by Owen Steele in 2021, based in Coleraine (Northern Ireland) and operating out of GEHQ Ballymoney. The programme — called 'The Standard' — is designed for self-employed men and business owners aged 35–55 who have built something real but let their personal standards slip outside of work.
Coaching addresses six patterns: tolerated drift, selective standards, broken self-trust, pressure exposure, presence collapse, and performance ceiling. Sessions are available face-to-face locally at GEHQ Ballymoney or fully remote worldwide. Each client receives dedicated 1:1 time, monthly actionable steps, and enforced (not suggested) standards.
Intake is limited and registration opens periodically via a priority-access link.
