Coalition Performance is Solihull and the Midlands' leading personal training, strength and conditioning facility. Founded in 2015 by Dave Cripps — a former Premiership Rugby strength and conditioning coach — the centre brings elite-sport expertise to everyday men, women and children.

Every coach holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in strength and conditioning, giving members access to unrivalled qualifications and over 40 collective years of professional coaching experience. Services cover strength, fitness and fat loss; sports performance; injury and pain rehab; and youth athletic training.

Each member trains in their own dedicated station with bespoke weekly programming and personal nutrition mentoring — no shared equipment, no generic plans.
