Cobra Muay Thai is Birmingham's premier Muay Thai training gym, based in Nechells. Led by chief instructor Muhammed Zahir (Leko Wright) — a multi-title holder with over 22 years of experience who trained in Thailand — the gym offers high-calibre Muay Thai classes for all ages and levels, from complete beginners to competitive fighters.
Classes cover Muay Thai basics, strategy and tactics, sparring and competition, strength and conditioning, kids Muay Thai, and 1-to-1 training. Cobra is also a proud supporter of the Knives Down Gloves Up initiative, using martial arts to positively impact Birmingham's youth.
