K-Star Sheldon is part of the K-Star Thai Boxing Academy group — widely regarded as Birmingham's most established and respected Muay Thai Academy. Based on the Sheldon/Solihull border, the gym is run by Chief Instructor and British Muay Thai Champion Adrian Maguire.
Classes are available for all ages and abilities, from children aged 5+ and complete beginners through to competitive fighters, in a friendly, no-ego environment. Members can also use the facilities at all K-Star Birmingham locations.
