Contento Pilates is a friendly boutique pilates studio based in Great Shelford, Cambridge, offering both Matwork and Reformer Pilates group classes as well as 1-to-1 sessions. Classes follow the APPI method — a physiotherapy-informed approach that is safe, precise and adaptable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
The studio also offers Holistic Core Restore® programmes focused on pelvic floor health, core fitness and women's wellness at every life stage. A small, fully qualified team creates a relaxed and personal atmosphere, with small class sizes (max 13 for matwork, max 7 for reformer) to ensure individual attention.
