With over 30 classes a week, skilled instructors, and a welcoming atmosphere, COR focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while making Pilates accessible to everyone regardless of age, shape, or fitness level.

Specialist sessions are also available for postnatal clients and those aged 65+.
