CoreFlex Yoga Pilates Class Westhoughton

CoreFlex is a fun and active fitness class combining the best of Yoga and Pilates, held in Westhoughton, Horwich and Aspull in the Bolton area. Founded and taught by Glenn Jones, the classes run for one hour and are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and both men and women.

The focus is on practical, functional improvements in core strength, flexibility and balance — with a non-traditional, motivating and enjoyable approach. No special equipment is needed beyond a mat, water bottle and hand towel.
