CrossFit Braze is Sheffield's premium group training community, based in Kelham Island. Founded by head coach Oli, the gym offers expert-coached CrossFit classes, Hyrox, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Braze Strong sessions seven days a week in a welcoming, supportive environment.
New members can join through a 4-week Beginners Course, a 6-Week Couch to CrossFit programme, or a 1-2-1 induction, with personal training and HYROX full simulations also available.
