CrossFit Kelham is Sheffield's premium group training community, based in the Kelham Island area. Founded out of a love for group training, learning new skills, and making friends, the gym offers expert-coached CrossFit classes seven days a week, alongside Hyrox, gymnastics, weightlifting, and the strength-focused Kelham Strong programme.
Beginners are welcomed through structured onboarding courses including a 4-Week Beginners Course and a 6-Week Couch to CrossFit programme. Additional offerings include 1-2-1 personal training, Move 50+ classes for older adults, kids gymnastics, and full HYROX race simulations.
