CrossFit Faction is a CrossFit box based in Widnes that has been running since 2011. Rather than following a traditional class timetable, the gym operates open gym all day with daily programming and coaching — making it flexible for athletes of all levels.

The passionate coaching team, led by founder Dan Connolly, focuses on helping members achieve personal bests, compete at local and international level, and simply move and feel better every day. First sessions are free, and drop-ins are welcome.
