CrossFit Guildford and Guildford Weightlifting have built a close-knit community since opening in 2012. Small classes led by Level 1–3 qualified CrossFit coaches ensure focused instruction and measurable fitness improvements, while British Weightlifting-certified coaches deliver personalised programmes for all levels — from competitive athletes to complete beginners.

Members range from 11-year-olds to those in their 70s and beyond, all training together in a fun, supportive environment.
