CrossFit Weyside is a CrossFit and HYROX gym located in the heart of Guildford town centre, at The Riverside on the bottom of Guildford High Street. The box offers CrossFit classes combining strength, conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility, as well as HYROX training geared towards functional fitness and race performance.
