CrossFit Reading is Reading's premier CrossFit affiliate, established in 2008 and based in Woodley. With over 40 classes per week and a team of certified coaches holding CrossFit Level 1 & 2, British Weightlifting and gymnastics credentials, the box welcomes everyone from complete beginners to advanced competitors.

Classes combine powerlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing through constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. Alongside CrossFit, the timetable includes HYROX, Learn to Lift, Open Gym, Kids & Teens sessions, Legends, Rowing Masterclasses and more.

A free 60-minute intro session and a 4-week Beginners' Course make it easy to get started, while a strong, community-driven culture keeps members coming back.
