CrossFit SY1 is Shrewsbury's affiliate CrossFit box, offering group WODs, open gym, calisthenics, CrossFit gymnastics, a barbell club, and beginner courses. Founded by Dan and Amy, both Level 1 CrossFit Trainers, the box prides itself on a tight-knit, welcoming community where every member knows each other by name.
Classes are fully scalable, making them suitable for complete beginners through to competitive athletes. A four-session beginner course covers the fundamentals before members join the main group classes.
