Dao Lu CIC is a Community Interest Company based in East London that trains and promotes Tai Chi, Qigong and related Chinese martial arts for the whole community.

Led by a team of qualified instructors including Lead Instructor Aileen Hamdan, Dao Lu runs a wide range of regular weekly classes across multiple East London venues, including Yang-style Tai Chi, Chen-style Tai Chi, Tai Chi Fan, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi with weapons, and Health Qigong.

Classes welcome all levels — from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced students — and include specialist sessions for women, older adults, and people with learning disabilities. Dao Lu is a member of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (No. 63) and regularly performs at community events and festivals.
