Capoeira Club Essex brings authentic Afro-Brazilian capoeira to East London and Essex. Founded by Rui De Sousa (Professor Molinha) and Maya Walters, the club offers weekly adult and kids classes, private coaching, schools and nurseries programmes, birthday parties and live performances.

Adults train Monday and Wednesday evenings; kids classes run on Wednesdays at The Limes Centre, Chigwell. All coaches are DBS-checked, first-aid trained and covered by WAKO insurance. Part of the wider Capoeira Club network, founded by Mestre Hiram Ribeiro.
