Dao Lu CIC is a Community Interest Company based in East London dedicated to training and promoting Tai Chi, Qigong, and related Chinese martial arts for the whole community. At Trinity United Reform Church on Orford Road, Walthamstow, Dao Lu runs a Yang-style Tai Chi class every Tuesday from 1:30–2:30pm, followed by a Tai Chi Fan session from 2:30–3:00pm.

Classes are led by experienced instructors including Lead Instructor Aileen Hamdan, who holds a BCCMA Level 3 coaching qualification and trains in Chen Style Tai Chi. Dao Lu is a member of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts and welcomes all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on health, wellbeing, balance, and stress relief.
