DFC is a personal training studio and gym based at the Galway Lawn Tennis Club in Salthill, Galway. Alongside one-to-one personal training, it runs Pilates and reformer courses, kettlebell and HIIT classes, golf conditioning and team strength and conditioning for sports squads.

The focus is functional fitness, strength and flexibility for all ages, from competitive weightlifters to clients in their eighties, with programmes built around each person's anatomy and injury history. Sports massage and neuromuscular therapy are also available.

The team is led by Didier Bouic, a kettlebell lifting world silver medalist and European and national gold medalist. Teenage programmes stress technique, safety and injury prevention.
