MTF Galway is a community-focused gym in Salthill, Galway, beside Pearse Stadium on Doctor Mannix Road. Founded by head coach Ruaidhrí McTiernan, it combines coached group classes with semi-private and one-to-one personal training. The class timetable covers MTF 45 circuits, Spin, BoxFit and Strength & Conditioning, all suitable for beginners through to experienced members.

The semi-private gym model avoids overcrowding and waiting for equipment, and every session is coached and structured with progress tracking. Specialist Garda fitness test preparation, online coaching and community events such as charity fundraisers and outdoor challenges round out the offer. The first class is free.
