Ocean Fitness is a private health and fitness club on the Salthill Promenade on the edge of Galway City. It offers a main gym, advanced weights room, functional/combat area, aerobic studio, spin studio and yoga studio, with Technogym and other equipment.

Members can join group classes including Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Tabata, Metaburner and spinning, plus aqua classes and members-only swimming lessons. The club has a heated 25-metre pool and an 18-metre hydrotherapy pool, along with a Jacuzzi, steam room and dry heat sauna. Qualified personal trainers provide health screening, assessments, programmes and nutrition guidance.

Membership ranges from single to family rates, with an off-peak option, and may be subject to a waiting list.
