NRG Health & Fitness Knocknacarra is a full-service gym and leisure club in the Clybaun Hotel, just minutes from Galway city centre, Salthill and Barna, with free parking. The club has cardio equipment, resistance machines and free weights, plus "The Garage", a dedicated functional training area.

There is a women's-only gym area, a spin room with IC6 bikes, Watt Bikes and fitted-out studios for group classes such as Pump, Mobility Flow, Strength Circuit, Body Sculpt and Active Fitness for older adults. An 18-metre pool with a kids' section hosts group and private swimming lessons. The spa suite has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub.

Personal training, fitness assessments and the NRG Junior kids' club (swimming, gymnastics, karate and holiday camps) are also on offer. One membership covers both the Knocknacarra and Bohermore clubs in Galway.
