H91 Fitness is a boutique group-fitness gym on Eyre Square in Galway, built around coached classes that are high on energy and structure.

The timetable covers H91 Sweat (full-body HIIT and functional circuits), H91 Strength (barbell and dumbbell programming in a group format), H91 HYROX (endurance, strength and power sessions) and H91 Yoga, with sessions led by Eimear O'Leary of Ripple Effect Yoga.

One simple membership gives unlimited access to every class, a members' lounge and the Wellness Bar café for shakes and coffee. Day and week passes suit visitors to Galway, and personal training is also available. Bookings and memberships run through the Glofox app.
