Power Gym Galway

Power Gym Galway is part of the Power Gym brand and sits inside The Dean Galway on Prospect Hill, where the building's original vaulted brick railway tunnel runs through the club. It combines a full gym floor and bespoke training studios with a thermal suite featuring a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, cold plunge and steam room.

A timetable of 45-minute classes covers running, boxing, indoor cycling, climbing, MetCon, HYROX-style training and yoga- and Pilates-inspired recovery sessions. Members can also use a Boditrax and Hyperice recovery suite and luxury changing rooms.

A single €149 monthly membership includes unlimited classes, gym floor and thermal suite access, while class credits and day passes are available without joining.
