Diamond Fitness is a women's-only gym in Broadwater, Worthing, designed to provide a friendly, motivating and empowering safe space for women of all ethnicities, ages and abilities. The facilities include a complete 30-minute supervised hydraulic circuit, cardio equipment (running machines, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines and steppers), free weights and cable machines.

Over 40 group exercise classes per week — including Pilates, Zumba Lift, Box Fit, Kettlebells, Legs Bums & Tums and more — are offered in-studio and streamed live via Zoom for members who cannot attend in person.
