Ultimate Pilates offers an exceptional blend of Classical Pilates and Restorative Exercise classes across Worthing, Durrington, Goring-by-Sea, and Broadwater. Led by senior instructor Gaile Dean — the first Power Pilates teacher in the UK, with over 25 years of experience — classes are specially designed for those in midlife and beyond.

Sessions focus on freeing stiff joints, energising muscles, and reconnecting body and brain, addressing the root causes of stiffness, pain, and restricted movement. Classes range from beginner-friendly and senior-friendly formats to more challenging levels, pelvic floor and core work, Roll and Strengthen, and Friday Chill Out sessions.

All classes are available in-person or via Zoom.
