Douglas Sports Centre is a community sports facility in Dundee offering a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities. The fully equipped gym features cardio and strength training equipment including squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, treadmills and a SYNRGY rig, plus a bookable sauna for recovery.
Group fitness classes include Pilates, LBT, aerobics and Les Mills favourites such as BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYBALANCE and BODYCOMBAT. The large sports hall hosts badminton, pickleball and 5-a-side football, while community programmes cover GP referral, stroke rehabilitation, early years sessions, disability sport, walking football and carpet bowls.
