Dowden's Martial Arts (DMA) is Whitburn's award-winning, full-time family martial arts centre, led by a 7th Degree ITF Master with direct lineage to First Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha. Classes run up to six days a week for all ages from 2 to adults in their 50s, covering Pre-School, Kids, Juniors, Teens and Adults programmes.
The school is an accredited SQA centre and focuses on building confidence, fitness, discipline and life skills in a safe, inclusive environment with over 100 licensed students.
