Duo Pilates is a physio-led Pilates studio based at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley, Leeds, founded by Louise Samuels — a HCPC registered Chartered Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and APPI certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor.
The studio offers a wide range of small-group classes including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Older Adults, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates, catering for all levels from beginners to advanced. Every client is screened before starting, with modifications tailored to individual needs and goals.
