East Midlands Kung Fu (EMKF) is a martial arts and wellness club based at Hermitage Works, Braybrooke, near Market Harborough and Desborough. Housed in a dedicated 2,000 sq ft fully equipped studio, EMKF offers traditional Lau Gar Kung Fu, kickboxing, fitness and self-defence classes for all ages and abilities — from Little Tigers (4–6 years) through to adults.
Founded on the principles of accessibility, community and holistic development, all instructors are DBS-checked, insured and safeguarding-trained. The club prides itself on a friendly family atmosphere and welcomes complete beginners as well as more experienced martial artists.
