Led by Tracy Fuller — a qualified teacher who discovered Pilates herself while managing running injuries and stiffness — the studio runs 13 classes a week across three venues in Pevensey Bay and Eastbourne, as well as live Zoom sessions for those who prefer to exercise from home.

Every class is layered across three levels with options for every exercise, so members work at their own pace regardless of experience or ability. One-to-one reformer sessions are also available at Tracy's home studio in Pevensey Bay, ideal for rehab, specific concerns, or learning the basics privately. The ethos is simple: practice, not perfection.
