Founded by ZuZka Leonti in 2020, the studio uses versatile reformer machines to deliver dynamic, full-body Pilates workouts that build strength, improve flexibility, and support core alignment.

Classes are led by a team of qualified instructors who adapt sessions to all fitness levels, making it a welcoming space where strength and fitness meet grace — and where mental wellbeing is just as important as physical fitness.
