Elm Studios is a boutique reformer Pilates studio set in a beautifully converted barn in the Essex countryside, with two locations in Ongar and Hastingwood.

Founded in January 2025 by Emma Mack, the studio offers expert-led, hands-on reformer classes for all levels — from complete beginners to seasoned regulars — in a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels at home. Expect spicy flows, great music, strong cores and genuine community energy.

Classes include the signature mixed-ability Elm Signature, mat-based Elm on the Mat, and sessions for little ones aged 9+.
