Fitgirlslim is a fun, friendly and supportive fitness community founded by Karen Smith, offering in-person and online classes for women of all ages and abilities. With over 30 years of experience, Karen runs Paracise (low-impact feel-good movement), energising Fitness Classes and Fitness Pilates with Aromatherapy Relaxation across Barkingside, Hainault and Woodford Green.

A unique Weigh-In & Workout feature provides accountability, motivation and personal support. Members also enjoy a vibrant social side — group days out, spa breaks and theatre trips. No judgement, no pressure: just real people, real progress and real results.
