Emfit is a private personal training studio run by Emma McCormick, a specialist health and fitness professional dedicated to supporting women at all stages of life. Based at Darrington Golf Club near Pontefract, Emma offers 1-2-1 in-person sessions in a welcoming, well-equipped private studio — free from the intimidation of large gyms.
Sessions combine strength, Pilates, cardio, HIIT, boxing and mobility work, all tailored to the individual. Emma also offers online PT programmes and specialist menopause and perimenopause coaching, helping women improve fitness, lose weight, boost energy and build confidence through personalised exercise and nutrition plans.
