Emma Wilkinson Fitness offers a range of fun, inclusive group fitness classes in the Crewe and Nantwich area.

Classes include Clubbercise® (dance fitness in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks), RockBox (a full-body interval and combat workout set to rock music), Groove Lines (beginner-friendly line dancing), and FLOW (a low-impact blend of yoga, Pilates, tai chi, dance and body conditioning).

Emma has been teaching since 2010 and was named Regional Instructor North West at the National Community Fitness Awards 2021. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels with high and low impact options available.
