EmpowerHER is Barnsley's women-only strength-based training community for women over 30 who want to feel strong, fit, and confident — without fad diets or complicated methods. Founded by Victoria Hudson, the studio offers over 25 weekly group personal training sessions designed for women of all sizes and abilities, as well as 1:1 personal training and nutrition support.

The focus is on building genuine strength, body confidence, and a healthier relationship with food and fitness in a safe, inclusive, shame-free environment. Victoria is supported by a team of specialist coaches including Katie, a Pre & Postnatal specialist. EmpowerHER also runs a podcast, 'Wild, & Healing', hosted by Victoria.
