Evolve Taekwondo is an Olympic-style martial arts club based in Gants Hill, Ilford, offering structured Taekwondo classes for all ages and abilities. Classes cover sports sparring, Poomsae and self-defence techniques, and are led by qualified, DBS-checked coaches — many with National and International competition experience representing Great Britain.
Beginners are welcome, with a free taster session available.
