Sessions take place in a state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned private gym offering 1:1 personal training, sports massage, injury assessment and rehabilitation, GP and insurance referral programmes, nutrition planning, and a range of complementary therapies including acupuncture and Indian head massage.
