Exercise for Health is a private, home-based personal training and sports therapy studio in Gorstage, Northwich, Cheshire, run by Lesley Teall. Lesley is a fully qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, sports massage therapist, nutritionist, and certified acupuncturist.
Sessions take place in a state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned private gym offering 1:1 personal training, sports massage, injury assessment and rehabilitation, GP and insurance referral programmes, nutrition planning, and a range of complementary therapies including acupuncture and Indian head massage. All new clients receive a free, no-obligation initial consultation.
