MyFitnessWorks is a private personal training studio based at Lady Heyes, Frodsham, run by Level 3 Personal Trainer and GP Exercise Referral Specialist Steven Gardner. The studio offers one-to-one personal training sessions and small group classes — including HIIT, XFitness, BoxHIIT, TheWorks Workout, and Bootcamp — on Monday and Thursday evenings and Friday mornings.

The well-equipped private studio features a leg press, hack squat, Smith machine, spin bike, battle ropes, punch bags, kettlebells, cable machine, TRX, rower and more, all with free on-site parking and scenic Cheshire views. Steven also organises ParkFitness, a weekly outdoor bootcamp at Castle Park.
