Explore Pilates is one of South London's most renowned boutique Pilates studios, dedicated to Classical and Stott Pilates methodologies as created by Joseph Pilates. Located in Merton Park, the studio offers small group classes (max 4 participants) and private sessions using state-of-the-art V2 Max Plus™ Reformers, Tower Springs, Chair, and Barrels.

Classes include Pilates Foundation, Reformer Plus, Strength & Mobility, and a unique Reformer Dynamic/Cardio class with the Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder.
