F45 Training Charlestown

F45 Charlestown is the Dublin location of the global F45 Training brand, set in the Charlestown Leisure Building on St Margaret's Road. Classes run 45 minutes and blend high-intensity interval training, circuit training and functional movement, guided in real time by F45TV screens.

The timetable covers resistance sessions such as Hammer, hybrid and endurance formats like Enduro, plus cardio and recovery classes, all led by certified trainers in a team-training atmosphere. The studio welcomes beginners and experienced athletes alike, with a free first class for local residents, a 14-day trial, drop-in classes, unlimited memberships and class packs.
